How to Crop Your PDF

  1. Select PDF: Click "Select PDF File" or drag and drop your PDF into the selection area.
  2. Navigate Pages (Optional): Use "Prev Page" and "Next Page" buttons to find the page you want to use as a reference for cropping.
  3. Select Crop Area:
    • Click and drag on the page preview to draw a rectangle around the area you want to keep.
    • Alternatively, manually enter X, Y, Width, and Height coordinates (in PDF points, from bottom-left of the original page).
    • Use "Auto-Detect & Crop Margins" for an attempt to automatically remove white space (works best on scanned documents or pages with clear content boundaries).
  4. Apply Crop:
    • Click "Crop Current Page" to apply the selection only to the currently viewed page.
    • Click "Crop All Pages" to apply the same crop selection (relative to each page's original size) to all pages in the document.
    • To apply to specific pages, enter page numbers or ranges (e.g., "1, 3-5, 8") in the "Apply to specific pages" field, then click either "Crop Current Page" (uses current selection) or "Crop All Pages" (which will then only apply to specified pages).
  5. Download: Once processed, download your new, cropped PDF file.
