How to Save an Email as PDF Free

Export any email as a PDF for archiving or record-keeping. Works on Gmail, Outlook, and any email client.

Saving emails as PDF is useful for contracts, receipts, legal correspondence, and proof of communication.

Gmail

Open the email. Click the three-dot menu (top right of the email) → Print. In the print dialog, change the printer to "Save as PDF" → Save.

Outlook

Open the email. File → Print → Printer: Microsoft Print to PDF (Windows) or Print → Save as PDF (Mac). Click Print.

Any Email Client

Most modern email clients support Print → Save as PDF. If not, view the email in a browser and use Ctrl+P → Save as PDF.

Archiving
